  • MomosThe most popular street food in Nepal. Our mouth-watering dumplings are stuffed with chicken and Vegetables and served with a tangy roasted tomato and cilantro sauce.

  • Aloo Chop: Organic mashed potato patty mixed with Nepali herbs and spices, dipped in gram flour batter, and deep fried until golden brown

  • Samosa: Fried South Asian pastry with a savory filling, including ingredients such as spiced potatoes, peas, and onions

  • Samosa Chaat: Mashed samosa with peas curry and yogurt cilantro sauce

  • Chow Mein: Organic egg stir-fried noodles with Nepali-style herbs and spices

  • Chicken Chilli: Lightly battered and stir-fried chicken, large dice onion, and bell pepper sauteed with homemade chili sauce and Himalayan herbs

  • Famous Taas: Organic beef marinated with Nepali herbs and spices, slowly roasted on Tawa(griddle). Traditionally served with Bhuja (puffed rice) this dish first emerged from Chitwan southwest part of Nepal

  • SekuwaSekuwa is meat roasted on a natural wood fire in traditional Nepalese country style. While the meat is still raw, it is mixed with natural herbs and other spices.
